A small CPA firm located in a professional building close to Coquitlam Centre, a few minutes walk to Skytrain, is seeking an accounting staff on part-time or full-time basis. Duties included but not limited to:

• Answering phone calls from English and Chinese speakers

• Preparing personal returns or corporate tax returns

• Bookkeeping using QuickBooks, Qualifications:

• Completion of diploma in accounting

• 2-5 years of full-time experience using Quickbooks, working experience in public practice is an assets

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks and knowledge of Profile, Taxcycle, Caseware

• Excellent communication with clients in English and Chinese

• Good time-management and organization skills

• Ability to take instructions well and work independently.
