Primary Responsibilities of the Role:

Contribute to the design, implementation, test and support of Copperleaf software solutions while using technical abilities to solve complex problems and improve the user-end experience
Understand and communicate complex technical issues
Focus on product-centric, rather than technology-centric development
Exercise strong technical skills with attention to detail in design, coding and review
Employ excellent interpersonal skills including teamwork, respect, courtesy and discretion
Be a team player in a dynamic environment
Qualifications:

Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle
At least 4 year experience developing e-commerce, web-based applications with ASP, ASP.NET, C#, Microsoft, .NET Framework, HTML5, JavaScript and SQL Server 2008
Experience with web technologies and UIs (HTML5, TypeScript, AngularJS, CSS3, JavaScript, web services, and Responsive Web Design)
Experience with all phases of software product development (concept, design, implementation, deployment, field support)
An aptitude for understanding the design of large systems and the impact of system changes
Be self-motivated, flexible, pragmatic, proactive and able to handle a variety of tasks
Strong planning and organizational skills
Ability to work with minimum supervision and a self-starter
Dedicated to learning new skills quickly and independently
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Analytical and detail-oriented
Experience in the travel industry is a definite asset!
