We are an international enterprise that invests in real estate development, kitchen and bath installation, as well as exporting recycling resources, sale containers, fresh fruits, seafood, and wood products. We have long term experiences in these fields, and we supply great quality services for our customers.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Achieve the purchase target defined by the company and the Purchase Manager
• Develop and lead agents and buyers
• Support to track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
• Supervise purchase process and ensure complete documentation
• Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power
• Assess, manage and mitigate risks
• Coordinate and control quantity and timing of deliveries
• Any other duties that may be deemed appropriate to this role
• A certain level of flexibility regarding availability outside normal working hours is required
REQUIREMENTS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and / or ability required.
• 1 - 2 years’ marketing and sales work experience or equivalent combination of training and experience with proven a track record.
• Fluent in English necessary, Chinese ,French or any additional language would be an asset
• Sensitive to market evaluation and customers’ interest
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Motivated and has good Problem-solving skills to overcome objections
• Dynamic, self-starter and can work well under pressure
• Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident status
• Driver License and vehicle are required
