Who we are

Niceness Properties Ltd. owns one 500,000 SQ feet shopping mall, and many other residential real estate’s projects in Great Vancouver area.

Position Summary

We are looking forward to professional accountant direct reporting to our owner for accounting routines work, as well to provide financial analysis to help owner to understand finical status of business. The candidate is required for fluent Chinese and English. we offer very competitive package with flexible part-time working schedule for your participation.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, analyzing financial

data to prepare financial report

Perform balance sheet accounts reconciliation including review of detailed supporting documents
Review general ledger for errors or irregularity, following up with operations to
identify issues and remedial actions
Generate and interpret financial records and statements for management
Maintain records of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability, or other financial
activities within an organization
Analyze and investigate variances in profit and loss accounts
Overseeing full-cycle accounts payable: ensure accuracy and consistency of
invoices, post and review entries, process payments according to terms and
payment cycle
Perform sales reconciliations, report and follow up with sales/cash discrepancies
Monitor and analyze freight costs, follow up with overcharges and account issues
Perform tax assessment on a monthly basis;
Qualifications:

University degree (Canada local education background will be a plus)
3 years of related work experience
Supervisory experience is an asset
Analytical, strategic and able to meet objectives
Excellent communications both in Chinese and English
Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $45,000.00 to $50,000.00 /year
