Express Employment Professionals, Delta, is hiring for a full time speaking Customer Support / Administration for a Richmond, BC branch of a leading health food distribution company with head office in USA. The ideal candidate is energetic, outgoing, customer-service oriented and can communicate in Chinese, and English as they a large Chinese clientele locally. Person with under a year of administrative experience but the right customer service attitude are welcome!

Requirements:
*Offer customer service through email, phone or walk-in clients
* Administrative work related to customer support
*Occasionally physical work which will be to pick up simple/ small orders from warehouse or serve customers during events

Education and Experience
Successful candidates must be energetic, professional, proactive and positive
Experience in customer service
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
*Able to multi-task
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Able to work to deadlines, prioritize tasks appropriately and multitask effectively
Post-Secondary education would be an asset
Fluent Mandarin or Cantonese and conversational English skills - good written communication.

Work Schedule is Mondays to Thursdays are 1pm to 9pm, Fri 11am to 7pm, rare occasion Saturday for events

Wage is $16.00-18.00/ hour. Benefits after probationary period.

流利的普通话或广东话和英语会话能力 - 良好的书面交流。

工作时间为星期一至星期四下午1点至晚上9点,星期五上午11点至晚上7点,星期六的活动非常罕见

工资是16.00-18.00美元/小时。试用期后的福利。
