 We are a fully established and fast growing payment solution company looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant to help with office administration, and bookkeeping & general accounting.

Responsibilities and Duties

Responding to telephone, email and in person inquiries
Manage clients record and data entry
Prepare client billings, invoicing and follow-up notifications for collections
Assisting with all administrative duties as required
Ideal person

Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin. Able to communicate in Cantonese is an essential
Must have excellent phone manner
Effective time management and organizational skills is a must
Prior administration experience is essential
Must be attentive to detail and able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Self-starter with a high level of initiative
Ability to work in a fast-paved and challenging environment
Able to multi-task and work independently
Proficiency with MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Valid BC driver’s license and vehicle
Have an excellent customer service, a positive attitude : ) and driven to be successful.

Salary: $2,000.00 to $3,000.00 /month

We’re also looking for a senior SALES REP

Responsibilities and Duties

Proactive cold calling and independent lead generation to acquire new clients
Process sales order accurately and in timely manner
Manage existing accounts and respond to clients’ inquiries via phone, email and in person
Assist clients setting up accounts and POS solutions, also assist with trouble shooting if is required
Meet and exceed sales target (daily, weekly, monthly, annually)
Work closely with both company director and administrative assistant

Ideal person:

University education, preferably with focus on Business, Sales or Marketing
Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin. Able to communicate in Cantonese is an essential
Must have an excellent phone manner
Effective time management and organizational skills is a must
Prior sales experience in payment processing industry is essential
Must be attentive to detail and able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Self-starter with a high level of initiative
Ability to work in a fast-paved and challenging environment
Able to multi-task and work independently
Proficiency with MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Valid BC driver’s license and vehicle
