We are a fully established local telemarketing company. We are now looking to hire full-time & part-time sales and agent to support our client's needs.Our clients are anybody who needs internet, TV, mobile cellphone services, we are providing smart solution for their needs.

What you will do:

Establish healthy relationship with customers and know their goal

cost for internet, TV and cellphone bill

Respond to incoming calls from customers and assist them with their requests
Provide customers with internet, TV or mobile cellphone service information
Provide appropriate recommendations and solutions for customers' needs
Set order for the customers plan, scheduling and follow up with the customers.

What we are looking for:

Experience in call center or phone support role preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to think quickly under pressure
Motivated by working towards set targets and objectives
Proficiency in English (bilingual in Mandarin,Cantonese, Korea, Japanese,Vietnam, Philippine is an asset)
Tool using office software, eg, Excel
